Benjamin Sperry joined Sperry Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in 2010 and became a partner in 2016. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions, title insurance and closings, business formation, and estate planning — guiding clients through the documents and decisions that come with buying property, starting a business, or protecting their family’s assets.
Benjamin attended Florida State University, where he was admitted to the FSU Honors College and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2010, where he completed an externship with the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Office of the General Counsel.
He is an authorized title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Benjamin is a current or past member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the East Hillsborough County Bar Association (formerly the Plant City Bar Association), and the Florida State University Alumni Association. He served as Vice President of the Plant City Bar Association in 2016 and represented the association on the Thirteenth Circuit Pro Bono Committee.
