Bruce Sperry is the Founder and President of Sperry Law Firm, which he established as Bruce J. Sperry, P.A. in 1994. He has practiced law in Florida since 1980 and has maintained an office in Plant City since 1987. Earlier in his career, Bruce practiced in Jacksonville and in Miami before bringing his practice to Plant City.
Bruce attended the University of Florida, graduating with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1980, where he was a member of Law Review.
Bruce’s practice focuses on real estate transactions and title work, business and corporate matters, estate planning, and creditors’ rights. He is an authorized title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
He is active in the Plant City community as Past President of the Plant City Daybreak Rotary Club, a longtime member of the Plant City Historic Resources Board (since 1999), and a member of the Board of Directors of the United Food Bank of Plant City. His professional memberships include the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the East Hillsborough County Bar Association (formerly the Plant City Bar Association), and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
